Andy Graham
Grade 8 in Classical Guitar (ABRSM) – Grade 5 Music Theory (ABRSM) – Member of the Registry of Guitar Tutors. DBS/CRB Checked.

Whether for fun or study, Andy teaches most styles of guitar from beginner to advanced for all ages. If you are looking to learn solo style, to accompany voice or perhaps play in a band then Andy can guide you.
He also teaches other stringed instruments such as bass guitar, mandolin and ukulele.
Andy has over 20 years teaching experience (over 45 years as a player).

For those interested in exams, Andy has a 100% pass rate and the average score is 85% (a Distinction).
He has taught members of many top local bands including 3 members of Deaf Havana whose last three studio albums all reached the top 10 in the UK album charts.

Members of other bands he has helped along the way are numerous and include The Berries, Flintmore, Harry Seaton, Jake Morrell, Jessie’s Ghost, Kingdom Keys, The Brink, The First, The Hillbilly Cats, Up Against Us, Vex and many others.

Andy has run regular jam sessions and workshops for many of his students and has put on band events for new musicians and has promoted live music and band tuition locally. This has included music festivals, charity events, jam sessions and showcase gigs for younger bands.

Andy has been employed by Children’s Services as a Specialist Music Worker and has run Music Workshops for the Youth Service in King’s Lynn where about 50 – 60 young people would attend each week. He also has run Summer Camp Music Workshops for Kingswood over several years at several locations in the UK.
He has been responsible for setting up and organising a commercial  teaching studio. After two and half years the school was accommodating over 300 students and 20 tutors.
